We're not in the business of confusing our customers through paragraphs of meaningless jargon and shady pricing tactics. We believe in full transparency and including you, our wonderful clients, at every step of the way.
This is where we get to know each other and talk about your project and vision in detail.
Research is a vital part of any successful design project. We will gather inspiration, prepare mood boards, research colour theory and select fonts that best fit your design.
We like to sketch out our ideas before opening a design program. Drawing gives us more freedom by allowing us to test out different layouts and narrow down the strongest concepts.
After cleaning up our sketches and picking the strongest concepts, we move to our design program of choice. We usually prepare 2–3 concepts for you to choose from but, the number can vary depending on your package tier.
This is where we take the digital designs and present them in an engaging and easy-to-understand layout. These layouts include information on our design thinking and the meaning behind each concept.
If you aren’t satisfied with our designs then you can request a revision. We usually provide two free alterations on our lower pricing packages but, it can be as high as 6.
The last phase of our design process. We hand over the final artwork in a wide range of formats including JPEG and SVG. We also include the source files for higher pricing tiers.
wwworkshop provides support for clients who have difficulties opening files or need to make a minor adjustment. Support does not cover full redesigns or other major changes.

NO. We do not sign nondisclosure agreements.
wwworkshop offers graphic design and web development services to several clients so deadlines may vary. We recommend providing us with sufficient time, usually two weeks, to submit the initial design. We don’t take on rush projects.
Yes. You own the final artwork files. However, ALL unused artwork belongs to wwworkshop. We reserve the right to showcase your work in our portfolio.
No. We are not responsible for maintaining or keeping backups of designs once the final assets are handed over. Please keep a backup of your files on physical and digital storage.
Wwworkshop provides a wide range of graphic design services. These include but are not limited to: logo design, business card design, ID card design, banner design, flyer design, brochure design and more.
Yes. wwworkshop includes you in the design / development process. We will ask your opinions and have you sign off at different stages of the project.
If you don’t like what we’ve designed for you, we can continue to work together to understand what you want and approach the design accordingly. If you still don’t like the design, we can terminate the contract, and you will compensate us for the amount of work done at that point.
No. wwworkshop does not offer website hosting to our clients. However, we can confidently recommend hosting your websites with hostinger.com or dreamhost.com.
A website can take anywhere between 2 business weeks and 5 months depending on the scale of the project, speed of feedback and other factors.
